Shipping & Returns Policy – Staple Base

Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your Staple Base orders as quickly as possible. Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

  • Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): $8.00
  • Express Shipping (1-4 business days): $16.00
  • FREE Express Shipping on orders over $170

All orders are processed within 48 hours during non-peak periods, but we strive to minimise this time.

Important Notes:

  • Staple Base will not be held accountable for lost, delayed, or missing parcels, including those resulting from an incorrectly provided shipping address.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Staple Base pieces! If you’re not 100% satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returning Faulty Goods

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your item has a fault or defect, you may be entitled to:

  • replacement or refund for a major failure
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
  • repair or replacement if the fault does not amount to a major failure

If you believe your item is faulty, contact us immediately at info@staplebase.com.au with your order details and a description of the issue.

Returns for Change of Mind or Size Exchange

If you change your mind about a purchase, including needing a different size or colour, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit. Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.
  • For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned unless they remain in their original wrapping, with hygiene stickers attached, or if they are faulty.
  • Under Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer returns or exchanges on thong bottoms.

All returned items must be in original condition, including any packaging, and will be inspected upon return.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please email info@staplebase.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping details will be provided once your request is approved.
